Tech Help Service
Tech Help Service
_
The Côte Saint-Luc Public Library offers a one-on-one appointment service for technology assistance. These tech help appointments are intended for:
- Basic help and troubleshooting for your device. This includes setting up your email account, surfing the internet, managing your apps, etc.
- In-depth lessons or troubleshooting for one or more of our digital resource platforms (Overdrive, Hoopla, Pretnumerique, etc.). With these platforms, you will be able to borrow e-books, listen to e-audiobooks, read online magazines and newspapers, learn a new language, etc.
Once the technology assistance request is sent, a librarian will contact you to provide tech support over-the-phone and/or set up an in-library appointment. The library does not offer technology assistance in members' homes. Appointment times will vary depending on your needs and are usually 30 minutes to an hour long.
