The Boom: Côte Saint-Luc’s Post War Expansion
How did the small town of Côte Saint-Luc transform itself into a thriving city? What caused the great population boom of the 1950s which brought so many new services to the area. This year, the City of Côte Saint-Luc’s annual Jane’s Walk focused on the area north of Guelph between Blossom and Westminster, where much of this development initially took place.
