Need Help with your taxes?
The Côte Saint-Luc Public Library provides a volunteer-based tax clinic for CSL residents with modest incomes, in collaboration with the NDG Tax Coalition, Revenu Québec, and the Canada Revenue Agency.
Please fill out the form for eligibility. A staff member will contact you to schedule your appointment.

What if I do not live in CSL?
- This tax clinic is for CSL residents only.

What if I surpass the eligibility criteria?
- You cannot use this free service.
- If you misrepresent yourself and book an appointment, you will be turned away and your appointment will be cancelled.
What if I need to prepare back taxes or can only do my taxes after this clinic is closed?
- We can only help with 2025 taxes. Consult the links in #3 above to find other options.
