5. Appui proches aidants Caregiver Support is a free and confidential phone consultation, information and referral service for the caregivers of older adults. 1 855 852-7784

6. CIUSS Centre-Ouest Montréal Mental health services and resources directory for adults, elders and youth. 

7. Canadian Mental Health Association Offers tools for people aged 70 and over and caregivers. They also offer a mental health meter.

8. Ami Quebec Listing of support services for seniors.

9. Cummings Centre  Provides additional mental health and well-being resources for seniors.

10. Fountain of Health Fountain of Health is a national non-profit initiative on mental health and aging.

11. Canada’s Network for Older Canadians Living with Frailty Provides a tip-sheet on how to avoid social isolation for older adults WITH technology. They also have a similar tip sheet WITHOUT technology.

12. Canadian Caregiver Network The Canadian Caregiver Network mission is to bring caregivers together to share their experiences.

2. Legal Aid and Juridical Assistance 211 receives regularly requests from individuals seeking legal help or advice. Many people are not eligible for legal aid, so we regularly refer to other community services that can provide information, legal advice and in some cases representation by a lawyer. Call 211
